Fort William has become famous for it’s mountain biking over the past 10 years due to being the venue for the UCI mountain bike world cup and in 2007 was host to the world championship event.

The legacy of these events has meant that Fort William has a fantastic network of tracks and trails of varying difficulty with something to suit everyone.

Half Day Mountain Biking Session at Nevis Range £50 pp

Kitted out with a helmet and one of our Specialized Hardrock Sport front suspension mountain bikes our highly experienced and knowledgeable guides will ensure that you have a fantastic mountain biking experience.

Starting off with a session on a purpose built skills park at the foot of Nevis Range, you will be able to hone your skills with advice from your instructor before heading out on a ride suitable for your group’s ability on Scotland’s world class trails including the world championship course.

Fort William has world class mountain biking opportunities thanks to the fantastic range of purpose built & natural trails available and the west coast mountain scenery is fantastic.

1.5 Hour Family Fun Rides In The Great Glen £25 pp

During the summer holidays we run family fun rides based at the Great Glen Water Park near Invergarry. These instructor led rides are great fun with some nice trails suitable for beginners & families with younger kids. We will go through the basics of changing gears, braking techniques and riding position and techniques for riding off road. There are some great views down Loch Lochy and the Great Glen and we return along the towpath of the Caledonian Canal through the forest.
