When you have put on your wetsuit and other safety equipment our professional raft guides will give the group a full briefing that will tell you everything that you need to know about paddling, where to sit in the raft and safety information. There is no experience neccasary to come white water rafting

Where Do Highland Activities Run White Water Rafting

Highland Activities run white water rafting trips near Fort William, Oban, Aviemore and Inverness and have access to some of the best quality natural rivers in the country, some with guaranteed water even throughout the dryest weather when others can be very low or dry. During the summer we raft on the River Garry near Fort William and River Awe near Oban due to the guarenteed flow of water that is released from hydro dams. We are also able run rafting trips on the River Roy near Fort William & River Findhorn or River Spey near Aviemore for pre booked groups but these rivers are rain dependant and not as releiable.
