Booking Terms & Conditions

A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on all bookings unless otherwise stated.

No refunds given for any booking cancelled within 24 hours.

Any accommodation booked on your behalf by Highland Activities must be paid for in advance and is non refundable.

Highland Activities reserves the right to change your activity depending on external factors such as weather conditions & water levels in the river
unsafe or unsuitable weather to run the activity safely. In this situation a similar activity will be offered, or a different river will be run.

Group Bookings

A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on all bookings unless otherwise stated.All group bookings must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event for final numbers given at this point. No refunds will be given for any full or part cancellations within this 7 day period.

Highland Activities reserves the right to change your activity depending on external factors such as weather conditions & water levels in the river
unsafe or unsuitable weather to run the activity safely. In this situation a similar activity will be offered, or a different river will be run.

Highland Activities reserve the right to refuse participation to clients that they believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and in such
circumstances no refunds shall be given. Similarly if you are prevented from continuing an activity due to the persistent disregard of instructions, or due to you putting yourself or others at risk, no refund shall be given.

Insurance

Highland Activities recommend that you have some form of travel or holiday insurance in place to cover for any cancellation that is made by you due to any of the following:

Illness, travel problems due to bad weather, break down, road, rail or air disruptions, any other issues that are outwith the control of Highland
Activities. In any of the above cases Highland Activities will not offer any refunds but will endeavour to re-schedule your booking subject to availability, offer vouchers or a credit note to the value of your booking.

By making a booking with Highland Activities and paying your deposit you agree to this cancellation policy, and understand that you are obliged to attend a full safety briefing and abide by the rules and instructions given in your activity. Any damage to equipment caused by negligence on the part of the client will be chargeable.
